Return & Refund Policy

Due to most of our supplier partnerships, we only accept returns for the following reasons:
✅ Damaged items upon arrival
✅ Defective products that do not function as described
✅ Incorrect items received

Return Process:

1. Contact us at hello@liveyournextchapter.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide photos/videos of the issue for verification.

3. If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault.

4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement.
